Managing Collections Attorney Tiffany B. Smith attended Auburn University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish. After graduation, Tiffany attended The University of Alabama School of Law, from which she graduated in 2009. Tiffany Smith has an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts.

Growing up with a family construction business, Tiffany knows firsthand the fact that a business has to be ready for anything. With a broad background in civil litigation, Tiffany has specialized in a variety of fields including corporate law, bond and surety matters, probate, real property, state and municipal law, eminent domain, and construction law. image Tiffany’s experience includes general commercial litigation and the representation of clients with surety claims, bond issues, and disputes with subcontractors. In addition, Tiffany’s practice includes the fields of eminent domain, condemnation, state and local government law, and representation of government employees. Tiffany is also approved to serve as a State of Alabama Deputy Attorney General to the Alabama Department of Transportation.

In 2022, Tiffany was selected to be a member of The Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum. The Leadership Forum is honored as a dynamic and highly effective program for nurturing and developing leadership skills and values among a select group of qualified, promising attorneys each year. Entry to the program is competitive, with just 20-30 participants selected each year. Since its inception in 2005, Leadership Forum has illuminated a pathway for nearly 500 graduates to move the profession forward with ethical, servant-minded and community leadership.

Tiffany enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their difficulties, and solving their problems. She believes you cannot effectively advocate for your clients without developing an in-depth understanding of their business. Her clients include corporate, healthcare, and insurance industry entities, among others. Tiffany is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi and is the current president of the Mobile Bar Association Women Lawyers.
